West Hartford Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services is proud to partner with renowned muralist Michael Rice to bring our community’s story to life in bold color and powerful symbolism. This public art installation will honor the vibrant history, resilience, and contributions of our local DHH community, transforming a highly visible wall into a beacon of inclusion and pride.

Together, we’re raising $20,000 to fund the mural’s creation, unveiling celebration, and permanent donor recognition. Sponsorship tiers offer meaningful ways to support, from name placement on a commemorative plaque to ad space in our event program. Every gift helps amplify voices, foster belonging, and ensure our town’s commitment to accessibility is etched into its landscape.
