Free or Reduced Price Meals
You are encouraged to complete the electronic online application instead of a paper application if you are able. Please click on the link below to start the process. The online application has the same requirements and will ask you for the same information as the paper application.
If you wish to complete a paper application you can download an application using the link below or request one from any one of the school offices or the Nutrition Services Office.
Complete one application form for each household. If completing a paper form you may return it to anyone of the school offices or the Nutrition Services Office.
If you have received a NOTICE OF DIRECT CERTIFICATION for free or reduced-price meals, do not complete the application unless instructed to do so by the district. Let the school know if any children in your household are not listed on the Notice of Direct Certification letter you received, since free meal benefits are extended to all children in a household when directly certified.
