Summer Reading

Each Spring, the WHPS library media department collaborates with the West Hartford Public Libraries to create a summer reading program. The West Hartford Public Library also provides free access to a variety of online reading resources.

If you do not have a library card and are a West Hartford Public Schools student, fill out this form with a PERSONAL email address.  After they process it, you will receive a temporary library number that you can use to access the online resources available in Libby, RB Digital, and Hoopla. In addition, check out your elementary school's library media center webpage for more information on summer reading.
