Parking Update for Visitors at Board of Education Meeting
Parking will continue to be free for all visitors to Board of Education meetings; however the procedures have changed.
Beginning September 4, 2007, access to the surface parking lots at Town Hall will be controlled by parking gates. You will be required to take a parking ticket to gain access to the parking lot behind Town Hall.
At 8:00 p.m. the gate at Raymond road will be lifted. If you leave the Board meeting at 8:00 p.m. or after you will be able to exit the parking lot directly through the Raymond Road exit. Please note that only the Raymond Road exit will be open.
If you leave the Board meeting before 8:00 p.m. you will need to get your parking ticket validated. A validation stamp will be available in Room 314 on the table where the Board Agenda handouts or located. Please validate your ticket prior to leaving the meeting.
