Networking Academy

Hall Joins with Cisco!

Networking Academy - first of its kind in New England

Using proven networking curriculums, refined and focused for the school environment, students will be taught the conceptual and technical skills to design, install, operate and maintain state-of-the-art computer networks. Students who graduate the program will have acquired the skills necessary to take Cisco's Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification exam. CCNA certification positions students for immediate openings in the job market, or for engineering/science-focused college students.
Currently there are over 350,000 IT jobs unfilled in the United States. To help fill these needs Capitol Region Education Council (CREC) partnered with Cisco in providing training to teachers starting in March of 1999. Hall High School's Technology Education Staff is but one of a handful of schools chosen to participate in its first year.
