Back to Colonial Home	How did the colonists live?
	Most colonists were farmers. Their first houses were small. Many families lived in logs or cabins which was built by Swedish. The farms families grow their own foods. Colonial children worked very hard. They cooked their foods in bid pots hung over their fireplaces. Some wealthy people bought clothes made in Europe.
