Who were the first visitors to America?  Well, the Indians were the first one to settle on America.  The Europeans came to America starting from A.D. 1000.  After, the traders settled onto America to get fur to make clothes from the Indians.  When the traders came back from America, they told the people of Europe about their trip to America.  Then the Europeans began to think about moving into America.
