Dinner Party

The first president, the president that freed slavery, the man who played for the Brooklyn Dodgers. These are the gests I would invite to a dinner party.

I’ll talk about Gorge Washington first. I’m inviting him because he is a very big part of history. With out him we wouldn’t have history. He fought very bravery in the American Revolution for our country and for freedom. He deserved to be the first president of the U.S. it was kind of weird to have the first president serve for two terms. That is why I want to invite Gorge Washington to my dinner party.

I’ll talk about Abraham Lincoln next. I invited him because if he wasn’t here we would still have slavery. It’s kind of surprising when all 15 presidents before him did nothing about slavery. Or did they like having manservants? After Lincoln freed all the slaves he let the slaves fight in the Civil War. That’s why I would invite Abraham Lincoln.

Last is Jacky Robinson. I invited him because he was the first black Major League baseball player. It took him a long time to get to be a major league baseball player, and a lot I mean a ton of work. Once he got there he played for the Brooklyn Dodgers and they really didn’t want him on there team. He’s cool because he kind fallowed Abraham Lincoln’s steps. That’s why I would invite Jacky Robinson to my dinner party.

So if you ever have a dinner party, invite people that you can have a descent conversation.
