Dorothy didn't find a wizard behind the curtain in Oz, but you will find Ph.D. behind the Magical Mailbox here at Wolcott school. Dr. Plato Karafelis (better known as Dr. K) is the school's principal, leader, and a bit of a wizard in his own right. Based on his own research, he developed the HOT school model, and, in the process, has helped make Wolcott an amazing place to learn.
