Cole Brook was a three day two night camp.
We got to stay in bunks. I got the top bunk. There was
A lounge. The teachers stayed in bunks too. There
Was a dining hall and a playing field. The dining hall
Had lots of good food including a salas bar. We played

Field. We went there on buses. The camp was on a lake
And there was a mountain in the background. We made
Botany bandanas. We went on a walk with Mrs. Gluck
And collected leaves. Then we painted them and
Printed them on bandanas. We went to the other
Side of the lake. We walked there. There was an eighty
Foot slide that was green and a mini farm. There was
Also a room with a climbing wall that went all the way
We had a snake man come and he brought a lot of
Snakes. I got to hold the constrictor. I learned that
Bird lady come in too. She brought in an eagle. It was a
Golden eagle. She also had two owls. Dr. K told a scary
Then I repelled down. We learned camp songs about
Muffins, a moose and a valley. There were also some
Skits that the councelors put on. I loved it at Cole
Brook and I hope I can go back.

Car, and it made me think back to the time when

They asked us if we wanted anything and I said,
“Can I have a juice box”? Their names

Nice that they let us stay there and watch T.V.
While we were watching T.V. we heard a loud
BOOM! We looked outside and saw a giant tree
Had fallen near our car. We gasped in relief that it
Didn’t hit our car. We sat down and watched
Cartoons on the T.V. with my mom and brothers
Until the sky cleared up. We drove for two hours
And finally ended up at our doorstep.

The School Bully

And see my friend and the school bully.
I speed up toward them.
When I get near, I notice they are fighting.
So I speed up more.
I go past the crowd and stop right in front of the school bully
And tell him to stop.
He does not.
He keeps pestering my friend.
So I start going on my bike
And go to the nearest door
And jump off my bike
And go to the door.
I go to the nearest teacher and tell them all about it.
The bully is suspended for two months.
