In Grade 3
through Grade 5,

use in problem solving and
research
- learn to
locate information in a variety of
sources including books, periodicals and
multimedia
resources
- appreciate
literature and learn differences
in literary
genre
- use access
tools such as the card catalog
system, computer
resources, etc.
- use
multimedia resources and technology,
including use of
the internet
