From the Principal's Desk

I cannot believe that we are already in the month of May looking at winding down this school year. We have been very busy at Smith School. Last week, we had a tremendous family turn out for our Eat Right, Get Fit, and Read event. The Spring Concert was fantastic last night and we are now preparing for our Smith Art Show.  Our Kindergarten registration is well under way, and our fifth graders will be going to Camp Jewell next week. Many of you have indicated your interest in participating in our first family field trip. Please make sure that you sign up by Friday to ensure your seats on the bus. Whew! What a month. [Full Column]
