OUT PROBLEMS: Many students stumble with mathematical word
problems because they find it difficult to eliminate unnncessary
information. Here is a great method to help them hone down
to the essentials, thus focusing on solving
the equation with the correct information.
ALGEBRA GAME: This algebra
and/or pre-algebra game uses simple flash-type cards to reinforce that the
algebra process must be understood. The correct answer
is already given and students will pair up, one with the equation,
one with the answer, to solve their problem.
