Students receiving or taking any medication at school must have a written order from a doctor or dentist licensed to practice in the state of Connecticut or any other state, as well as a parental permission form on file in the office of the school nurse. Many physicians have the forms in their office. All medication must be transported to school by an adult. Please bring only a 45 day supply of medication in the original container. If it is over the counter medication, it must be in the original container unopened.
