Student Supply List
Please assist your children with good organizational skills and study habits. We strongly recommend the following school supplies for our Duffy students:
STUDENTS IN KINDERGARTEN

| One 2- pocket take home folder |
| Four yellow pencils |
| Four dry erase markers – dark colors |
| One dry eraser – (a sock works well) |
| One 16-pack crayons |
STUDENTS IN GRADE 2
| Durable school bag designed to hold library books and school papers. |
| One Cardboard portfolio (two-pocket folders) that will keep assignments and notices in good condition. A binder is NOT needed nor recommended. |
| Supply of number 2 pencils with erasers. |
| Box of 24 crayons. (more than 24 is too many) |
| Package of dry erase markers and an eraser (or clean sock) |
| 1 box of colored pencils |
| Pencil box (must fit in the desk – no higher than 4 inches) |
| 1 box of tissues |
STUDENTS IN GRADE 3
| Durable school bag designed to hold library books and school papers. |
| 1 Cardboard portfolio (two-pocket folder) that will keep homework and notices in good condition. A binder is NOT needed nor recommended. |

STUDENTS IN GRADE 4

| Sturdy three ringed loose-leaf notebook, binder (not a "trapper keeper" and not too large, must fit in desk) |
| One package of five or more subject divider sheets |
| Ample supply of white, loose leaf 3-holed, lined paper with margins. |
| Package of colored pencils |
| (Optional) A package of thin colored markers, and a hole-punch |
STUDENTS IN GRADE 5
| Durable school bag (backpack) |
| Supply of pencils with erasers. (NO refillable lead pencils) |
| ERASABLE pens in blue or black (NO gel pens) |
| Yellow highlighter marker |
| Sturdy three ringed loose-leaf notebook/binder (not too large, must fit in desk) |

FIFTH GRADERS ONLY –
q Nature's Classroom will take place from October 25 through October 28. The cost will be $160, minus your initial deposit from last spring. Teachers will keep you posted on this event.
q Students in grade five will need to pay $4.00 for the Duffy Student Assignment Agenda Book which will be supplied to students
q We also strongly advise the fifth graders to review and know their MULTIPLICATION TABLES by the first day of school.
