________Gardening: Work with other Conard parents to care for and add to the plantings at the school.

________Guidance Department: Assist the Guidance Dept. with various administrative responsibilities.

________Senior "Safe Grad" Party: Plan and create this end-of-year, substance-free party.
                   (Class of 2007 parents only)

________Trivia Night: Help plan annual fund raiser. Proceeds benefit "Safe-Grad" funds for all 4 grades.

                  (Trivia Night takes place in early March)

________Golf Tournament: Join committee which will plan and run annual golf tournament to be held

                   in the fall. Proceeds benefit scholarships and "Safe Grad" funds for all 4 grades.

________PTO Executive Board: Join the Executive Board in the position of Vice President.

________Community Of Concern: Committee of parents, faculty and students working together to combat

                   the use of alcohol and drugs by teenagers in our community.

________Activities Fair: Help set up this event that shows freshmen how to get involved at Conard.

________College Panel Dinner: Help with the dinner for college admissions officers in spring.

________English Department: Help score practice CAPT tests during one week in February.

________Hospitality for PTO programs and Open House: Help provide refreshments or casseroles.

________Membership: Help collect dues at the PTO table at the September Open House.

________Student Directory: Update directory information during the summer.

________Staff Breakfast: Thank-you buffet for all Conard teachers and staff in the spring.

________Teacher’s Luncheon: Help welcome back staff and faculty by preparing food or serving at the PTO-sponsored luncheon in August.

Principal’s Coffees: Monthly forum to keep up with what’s happening in the school.

PTO Business Meetings: Held four times a year in the evening.

PTO Programs: Topics of interest to Conard families such as the combined Conard/Hall meeting and the

Parent Panel that allows parents to tell personal stories about the college application process.
