      Travel Destination Posters

Helpful resources for travel poster research:
  • Your class book cart includes books on individual countries as well as an up-to-date geography encyclopedia. These are just samples of what you can find by searching Athena. The library scanner is available for scanning images from print sources.

  • Visit www.fodors.com
Search by city, country - choose destination guide link.
See links on the side to "FEATURES," such as "when to go."

  • Use www.picsearch.com to search for images.
(It's almost as good as Google!) Remember - you must cite your sources for images as well as for text.
