Spring Physicals are coming up!

You must have a signature from a parent in order to have a physical done by our school physician.  Please print a Physical Form and have your parent sign it before you come. 

SPRING SPORTS INFORMATION!
For all of the rules regarding the participation in a sport at Conard High School please view the Student-Athlete Handbook.  By signing the Registration Form, you acknowledge that you have read and understand the handbook.

All students must register in order to play a spring sport, including those that played a fall or winter sport,  In order to be registered for a spring sport the following items must be turned in to the athletic department: (all forms are available on-line in adobe acrobat format, see below)

• Student-Athlete Registration Form, filled out in triplicate
         please make sure that all three copies are legible

• A check for $110.00 payable to Conard High School
          please write your son/daughter's name and sport on the check
          all checks will be deposited after teams are determined
          any student not selected for a team will have their check returned
            please see link below for a waiver form, if needed

• Physical Form or note from your doctor (not needed if you turned in a yellow athletic form for a fall or winter sport)

Please note: no other physical form will be accepted for the 2007-2008 school year.  Every student wishing to participate in a spring sport must turn in an Athletic physical form (yellow if picked up at the school).  If planning to have the school physical done, form MUST BE SIGNED prior to physical.

First Day of Practice: (Practice times can be found by clicking on the individual sport above.)
Baseball Conditioning - Monday, March 10, 2008 - a select number of pitchers and catchers

Monday, March 17, 2008 - All other sports
