WHEE The West Hartford Extended Experience (WHEE) provides a wide variety of stimulating and challenging before and after-school offerings to students at all grade levels. Here at Charter Oak these services are provided Monday through Friday before school from 7:30-8:30 AM and after school from 3:20-6:00 PM.
