Guidelines for Math Backpacks

·       The backpacks will come home on Wednesday’s and must be returned by Friday of that same week.  If for some reason it does not get returned, please do so as soon as possible so another child may enjoy the activity.

·       Backpacks are to be returned to school as they arrived at home, if a piece is missing please let the teacher know by writing a note.

·       The activity sheets are laminated and should not be written on.  Children participating in the program will be given a green math journal where they can complete the work and write about what they did.  Some activities have not laminated sheets that are to be completed, please only use one.

·       Each bag has a degree of parent involvement.  Your child needs you to help complete the activity.  Please date and sign the bottom of your child’s math journal page so I know you completed the activity together.  Also, please feel free to write me any comments about the activity.
