Word Book
The Kindergarten child should illustrate/find pictures of 4 items that begin with the letter of the week. He/she should then sound out, independently, the four corresponding words. (Refer to the weekly "Ask Me About" for the designated letter.) This is due on Wednesday.

The Kindergarten child should find one object that begins with the letter of the week. Put the item in a brown bag and write three clues as to the contents of the bag. The child should practice these clues with a parent so that he/she is ready to present them to the class. This is due on Monday.
