Elementary Magnet School Parent Survey 2008
As a school district we continually seek to renew and improve upon our programs and services. We are requesting your feedback as we study our magnet school offerings at Charter Oak Academy and Smith School of Science, Math & Technology.

If you do not have access to a computer, please go to your school office where staff can assist you in locating a computer for access to the survey or visit the public library where computers are available for your use. The survey will be open for responses from January 21st thru February 1st, 2008.
