If you could not see the JavaScript menu on the left side of your page from any of the KP pages, 
you need to be certain that you are using the most up-to-date (or at least close to it) version of your browser (like Internet Explorer 5 or AOL 8.0). 

If you use AOL, once you sign on and open your connection, you can "minimize" AOL and then open Internet Explorer to see if it works for you.

Try this fix for IE5:

To Enable JavaScript:

Step 1. Click Tools, Internet Options.
Step 2. Go to the Security Tab, click Custom Level.
Step 3. Under Scripting, Enable Active script, Allow paste via script, Script of java applets. Click OK.

 

Step 4.  Click to return to the KP Home page Be sure to click "refresh" when you get there if you still can not see the JavaScript menu.
