Dr.
Camperchioli attained her undergraduate degree in Elementary Education at
Southern Connecticut State University. She then attained her Master’s
Degree as a Reading Consultant at Western Connecticut State University
before returning to Southern for her 6th Year in Administration
and Supervision, and then moved on to the University of Sarasota for her
Doctorate in Educational Leadership. Dr. Camperchioli spent the first 16
years of her career as a teacher, reading consultant, supervisor of
elementary education and assistant middle school principal in New Milford,
Connecticut. Her first principalship was at Bedford Hills Elementary School
in Bedford, New York. Dr. Camperchioli came to the West Hartford Public
Schools in 1997, as principal at Whiting Lane School. Dr. Camperchioli is proud to have been chosen the first principal at Bristow Middle School. She has had a long-term goal of starting a new school, and looks forward to this opportunity to provide an outstanding middle school experience for the Bristow learning community of students, staff and parents.
