School Readiness Council

 

Notice Requests For Proposals (RFP) Available For West Hartford School Readiness Grant Program-Legal Notice Fiscal Year 2019 (July 1, 2019 - June 30, 2020)

 

The West Hartford School Readiness Council is soliciting proposals for School Readiness Programs or contracted spaces for West Hartford three and four year old children for early care and education. Programs are being solicited pursuant to CT General Statutes (CGS) Sec. 10-16o. - 10-16u. Programs and services must meet the CT School Readiness General Policies and West Hartford School Readiness Policies.

Completed proposals for programs must be submitted electronically as a PDF by April 17, 2019 no later than 5:00 pm. A completed single-sided hard copy of the application, plus original hard copy signature pages must also be received by April 17, 2019.

 

Technical assistance for new programs seeking to apply for West Hartford School Readiness slots is available upon request.

 

 

West Hartford Quality Enhancement Request for Proposal - 2019

 

The West Hartford School Readiness Council is accepting proposals for its Quality Enhancement Grant Initiative.The purpose of the Quality Enhancement Grant is to provide funding which supports early childhood programs to address quality preschool standards and to expand comprehensive services for children and families. Services must be provided between July 1, 2019 and June 30, 2020.

 

We are seeking proposals for on-site services to West Hartford School Readiness Programs with a priority for: library/media services for young children, technology/screen time and early childhood trauma-informed practices.
