Offices

Administrative offices for the West Hartford Public Schools are located in the Town Hall building at 50 South Main Street. 

Graduation Requirements

 

A student must have satisfactorily earned a minimum of 21.75 credits through the following credit distribution requirement; earned a score of "3" on all four sections of CAPT; and demonstrated proficiency in all three technology competencies (TC) areas.

Fine/Applied Arts 1 credit
Physical Education 1.75 credits
 - 1.5 credit PE
 - .25 credit health
Electives 7 credits
Foreign Language N/ A

TOTAL CREDITS: 21.75

TOTAL CREDITS: 21.75

To meet the District Performance Standards in reading, writing, mathematics and science, students must score at level 3 or higher on the Connecticut Academic Performance Test (CAPT).

To meet the District Performance Standards in technology, students are required to demonstrate proficiency in three technology competencies (TC) through discipline-specific learning. Refer to the Program of Studies for more detailed information.
