Enrichment Opportunities

Schoolwide Enrichment Teams

Schools may have a Schoolwide Enrichment Team, or this work may be supported by other school-based parent organizations. These teams may consist of the principal, teachers, Quest teacher and parent representatives and will help assess student interest, plan enrichment opportunities for all children during and after school, and locate human resources and mentors for the entire school.

Specific Curriculum Enrichment

Techniques, strategies and appropriate materials to enrich and enhance all curricular areas will be provided.

Special Programs

Programs such as Odyssey of the Mind, CT History Day, or Lego Robotics may be offered providing an optional dimension to the program opportunities.

Community Service

Create opportunities for students to provide services to the community

Program Communication

Create avenues to keep parents, teachers and interested community members informed of student and program activities and accomplishments.
