Complete one application form for each household and return to any one of the school offices.

The attached addendum should be completed for each child and returned to the appropriate school.  An adult household member must sign this addendum before it can be approved. You do not have to complete this part to get free and reduced price meals.

Fun Facts

Do Onions Make You Cry?  When cut, onions release an enzyme that contains a chemical that irritates tear glands. To reduce this effect, put onions in the freezer 10 minutes before cutting, wear goggles, or aim a fan to blow fumes away from you.  Or use  sweeter varieties such as Vidalias or purple onions which cause less of a reaction.
