Please fill out all information on this form.  We will use it to create your IDs and Passwords and send them to you via interoffice-mail.  After filling out this form click on the submit button at the end of this document.  This will automatically send your request to the WHPS Department of Information Technology.

 

If you are unable to register through this process or if you have any questions, you may contact Lori Siriano at the Help Desk at 561-6636 or e-mail her at  HelpDesk@whps.org.  You may also print out the form and register by interoffice-mail.

WHPS Network.  You will receive an ID and Password from our department within a week.

 

Lotus Notes.  This is our email and calendar system.  You will have an ID and password after completing a Lotus Notes class.  You need to call Lori Siriano at the Help Desk (561-6636) to enroll.  If you are transferring from another school, you do not have to take the class again but you do have to call the Help Desk and have your mail ID transferred to your new location.

 

SASI.  This is our Student Information System, accessed through the administrative network only.  If you are not a teacher, and need access to SASI, what information will you be responsible for?  (For example, Attendance, Discipline, Grading, Demographics)

 

InteGrade Pro.  This is our electronic gradebook program used by secondary teachers. Your ID and Password will be given to you during the first week of school.  If you start after the September 1, we will send you and ID and Password.  Classes for new teachers are held the week before school starts and during CSI time.

 

Online Attendance.  This is a web based attendance program used by the secondary teachers.  See the Online Attendance instructions in your school office for information about IDs and Passwords.
