Visitors to West Hartford Town Hall may park in the Town Hall Surface Lot.  There are 2 Entrance/Exit points at Town Hall Lot: (1) South Main Street and (2) Raymond Road.  Pull a ticket to lift the gate and proceed into the lot.  Click here for the map of the area.

The first 30 minutes of parking at Town Hall lot is free, during the Town’s business hours.  To exit through either gate, visitors can insert the ticket in the Exit Station and the gate will be lifted.  The South Main Street gate is staffed with an attendant Monday through Friday, 10AM to 4PM, to assist Town Hall visitors with their parking ticket.

For town business exceeding 30 minutes, visitors may have their ticket validated by the servicing department for the duration of their visit.  There is also 1 clamshell in each conference room, including the auditorium, for people to validate their own ticket.   Next to each clamshell, there is a  3-step instruction on how to validate a ticket.

Handicap parking spaces are conveniently located at the entrances of the Town Hall.
