Flat Stanley’s Visit to New Hampshire Thank you for letting Flat Stanley come and visit us in New Hampshire. We had a great visit with him. My class loved him. They were very sad to have to send him back. I’ve enclosed some pictures of Flat Stanley while he was here. Dec. 26th-29th – Stanley hung out at home with
us. He helped take down the Christmas tree and learned how to play chess with
Peter and Jennie. Dec. 30th – We got 9 inches of snow. Stanley went out to help shovel and went sliding. Dec. 31st – Happy New Year! Flat Stanley went to a party.
He played Trivial Pursuit, and went to downtown Keene to see the ball drop and
the fireworks. Jan. 1st – Flat Stanley went with us to get our new kitten, Axl. Jan. 2-5 – Flat Stanley comes to visit Cutler School. He met Mr. Bell, the principal.
He went to art class with my fourth graders.
He had snack with us, did math, and played with the boys and girls. At the end of the day, I always shake everyone’s hands to say good-bye. Flat Stanley did it while he was here. We also go over the covered bridge every day
on our way to school. We also visited another covered bridge in Swanzey.
