What a busy day we had today beginning with going to Myrtle Beach elementary school to teach little Ashley, who is 8 years old, how to read. I got to see many things at school including their big library which has many books to read.

From there we went to the mall and did a little shopping before heading to lunch at our favorite restaurant "Friendly's Ice Cream Parlor." We ate so much that we needed to take a nice walk on the beach. While walking, we keep an eye on the ocean to look for dolphins, but we didn't see any this time.

Then on our way back home, we came across some ducks who looked so hungry and sad. So we hurried home to get some bread, and then went back to the lake to feed our little friends, which made them very happy.

By then it was time to just go home and relax the rest of the day.

It was a fun day being with Grandma and Grandpa. I hope I can do it again some day.
