We had a wonderful Spring Forest Cleanup May 3rd 2003!  Thanks to the great effort of over 50 Wolcott students, parents, and teachers and the generous donation of plants by the West Hartford Home Depot and the town public works department and the great Westmoor Park personnel, our Children's Forest got a great Spring face-lift.  Here are several pictures from our Spring 2003 clean up day.  
On this beautiful Saturday morning and afternoon we scattered tons of wood chips, constructed and mounted more birdhouses, picked up litter, made and painted toad houses, hung bags of bird nesting material,  and added a few colorful touches by planted dozens of flowers and trees.
