distracting

CRASH! shrieks the walls
as I try to read my book.
Buzzing saws and blasting
right out my window!
Kids complaining of aching heads!
A beautiful new school.

All day long we hear the noises…
Bang and clang screeches the hammers

screams the dump trucks as they back up,
dumping huge, heavy rocks.
Rumble! Rumble! Rumble!
Whirling drills.
Saws that shriek
BUZZZZZZZZZ!
