Visualizing
Good readers have certain habits when they
read. Good readers make pictures in their minds as they read the
words on the page. The pictures they see help them connect to what
is happening in the story. Everyone's pictures are different,
because we have different life experiences and background knowledge.
No matter what the picture is like, all visualizations help the reader
relate and understand.
