DAILY ANNOUNCEMENTS
Students with lockers in the gym hallway will not be able to access them from 4 pm on Tuesday June 17th until the morning of Friday June 20th. Lockers will be completely blocked by panels.
All students enrolled in AP Economics next year should pick up their summer assignment in Room 113 from Mr. Mabey as soon as possible.
All Students planning to take AP US History next year should pick up their summer assignments from Mr. Islaub in room 141 or Dr. Wilson in room 112.
All library books are now overdue and must be returned to avoid further fines and consequences.
Reminder: Gym Lobby closure for Referendum Voting Day is Tuesday, June 17th. The gym lobby will be closed ALL DAY for voting. No thru traffic is allowed. The 1st two rows of parking in the front lot (rows closest to McKee Stadium) will be reserved for voters only until the polls close. Students and staff are reminded not to park in those rows on voting day.
Attention Students registered to take AP Spanish literature in the fall, please see Mrs. Dipoi in room 304 on Tuesday to pick up your summer project.

Volunteer needed - The Town of West Hartford Dept. of Social Services is looking for a student who may be interested in volunteering to help one of their clients. The client is a young blind woman who is looking for someone to come to her home in West Hartford and read various things to her once a week. If you are interested in learning more about this and are able to commit to helping once a week, please see Mrs. Grigoraitis for more information.
After School Homework Tutors; Both the Hillcrest Neighborhood Center and Sedgwick Middle School are looking for students to volunteer in their homework centers one day after school for about 2 hours a week. If you are interested in volunteering at Hillcrest or Sedgwick, please see posted flyers or Mrs. Grigoraitis for more information.
Any student, who arrives at school AFTER 7:45 am, MUST report to the Attendance Office.
After School and Late Bus Students who DO NOT have a planned activity after school (such as sports, clubs, meeting with teacher, or detention) are asked to leave the building by 2:45 each day. For those students who DO have planned activities, the late bus leaves each day at 4:00 at the FRONT of the building near the sports entrance. (3:00 Short Wednesdays)
The Main Office Doors are locked at 4:00 each afternoon, and re-open at 7:00 each morning.
