How's the Weather

Objectives:

bulletCollect and record all aspects of the daily weather
bulletCollect and record climate data from various weather sites
bulletInvestigate regional weather
bulletUse a spreadsheet to record and chart data

Materials:

You'll need Internet access and a computer with a graphical interface for your research.

Procedure:

Divide the class into groups. Specify a different region of the United States for each group. Have each group of students chart and record the daily temperatures, humidity, rainfall, and pressure for their region.
