How the West Was One + Three x Four  (AGES 8+)

As they race down the number line trail, students learn to construct and solve arithmetic equations such as (2+1) x 3. In the process, students strengthen their skills with numbers and operations and the order of operations. Special features, including shortcuts, bumping opponents, and hints, encourage flexible thinking as students search for optimal moves.

Millies Math House by Edmark (Prek-2) - In six activities students explore fundamental Math concepts such as numbers, shapes, sizes, patterns and sequencing. Subtraction and counting are also included.

Numbers Undercover by Sunburst (K-3) - As children try to solve the case of the missing numbers, they practice four math skills, telling time, measuring and estimating, counting and working with money.

The Graph Club by Tom Snyder (1-5) - Easy to use graphing tool, which can be, used for exploration, presentations and creative class projects. Create bar, line table and pie graphs by gathering and sorting information.

Graphers by Sunburst (2-5) - Easy to use graphing tool, which can be, used for exploration, presentations and creative class projects. Create bar, line table and pie graphs by gathering and sorting information.

Math Problem Solver Series by Curriculum Associates, Inc (1-6) - Math Problem Solver features material from six major topics: Data Interpretation, Numeration, Measurement, Geometry, Number Theory and Pre-Algebra/Algebra. It records student data and provides reports that provide evaluation tools for student and teacher.

Graph Masters by Tom Snyder (Grades 4-8) - equips students with these essential skills by helping them learn to analyze data, interpret results, and solve problems. Custom-designed for the upper-elementary and middle-school classroom, the software gives students the support they need as they create and interpret nine graph types. Accompanying activities and data sets allow teachers to build conceptual understanding within the context of meaningful real-world questions.
