Kid Pix Exploration

Kid Pix is a multimedia authoring and presentation tool for all ages. It includes paint, draw, sound, text, clip art, video, and a presentation application called Slide Show. This exploration will the provide the participants the skills needed to create a multimedia presentation that will emphasize essential learning with this type of project. Students using this tool will develop their collaborative skills, become effective communicators, and learn to produce quality work.

Participants in this exploration will create a five slide presentation using various tools and features of the multimedia authoring tool called Kid Pix 2.

Participants should go through the modules in the order listed above. Just click on the words and the section related to each topic will appear. After completing all sections you will have a slide show to share with your students or peers.
