pertain to what you need.

Transparent Using L-VIEW Quick and well written overview of how to
make images transparent. Shows text boxes directly from L-View.

Pro Gives more information about the other things that L-View can
do, such as interlacing images, resizing them, cropping and cutting.

Sites for Colors
Looking to add some color to your webpage? Want to
change the font color from drab black? And what the heck is a color code? Look
no further…
- What is a color
code? This page is a great place to start for some explanation to
what color codes are and how and where you can use them on your site.
This site shows you a little about what fonts can be colored,
as well as giving a color palate.

text color, and link color. Has the color code for the color you pick from
the palate on the left side.

Slightly different than the others. Gives the color code within a larger palate,
for easy picking.
- RGB Color Mapping
A close to exhaustive list of all of the colors with both text and
code names, as well as some links for additional resources.
- Literal Words
for Colors Sick of typing in codes for things that you don't understand?
Here's the word your computer will understand, which is an easier key!
- Color Background Tester -
Interactive Site This site will give you the chance to see how your
font color works with your selected background color.
- Colour Selector
- Interactive Site This allows you to choose background, foreground,
link colors and then they'll generate the HTML code for you!
- Code for Netscape's
216 colors A large table that depicts all of the colors and codes
that Netscape can see and use.
Sites for Backgrounds and Textures
Think that white background is boring? Or want
to use a font that's unreadable on white? Spice up a dull webpage background
with some color or texture.
Just something to remember when
looking at the background pages…many of these are created by the people who
put up the page, and will vary greatly from site to site. So if you find a background
you like, take it, because you may never be able to find it again!

Graphics Tons of custom-designed and public access graphics, as well
as some tutorials and other free information!

Clip art, graphics, tips and tricks…over thousands of actual clips to
choose from.

- ImageMaker This site is a
free everything online image editor! Upload or call images from anywhere on
